Our Warranty
Our sunglasses are warranted for two years against manufacturing faults from the date of purchase. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase. The warranty is valid only for goods that are purchased new and does not cover damage caused by general wear, abuse or mishandling. Warranty claim must be submitted at the purchaser’s expense by returning the goods to the place of purchase, or to Eyegear. Eyegear will repair or replace faulty items that are covered by the warranty.
The warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies of the purchaser under the laws in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
